Pharm.): 60 intake, approved by Pharmacy Council of India, affiliated with Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education. • B. Pharmacy: 100 intake, eligibility criteria include passing XII standard examination in Science with minimum marks. • M. Pharmacy: Specializations in Pharmaceutical Chemistry (10 intake), Pharmaceutics (15 intake), and Quality Assurance (15 intake). Eligibility: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy with minimum marks. • Ph.D. Studies: Approved center for research and Ph.D. studies in Pharmaceutical Sciences under Shivaji University Kolhapur and Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune. Currently, 37 students are pursuing Ph.D. studies. Recruitment & Promotion - Service Rules, Procedures & Policies Recruitment Procedure for Faculty: • Faculty selection adheres to PCI/AICTE norms and University standards. • Approval for posts and advertisement is obtained from Shivaji University Kolhapur. • Correspondence to employment exchange office and constitution of Staff Selection Committee. • Scrutiny of applications, interview of eligible candidates, and submission of selection committee report. • Approval Letter from University for selected candidates and issuance of appointment orders. Service Rules: 1. Services governed by rules of concerned University, State Government, and Bharati Vidyapeeth. 2. Termination with notice or pay in lieu. 3. Transferable within Bharati Vidyapeeth. 4. Prohibition on engaging in other paid jobs during service. 5. Mandatory medical examination. 6. Undertaking required before joining duties.
